Management Knowledge Transfer Partnerships (KTPs) are a collaboration between businesses and University, helping businesses with effective management and transformation strategies. Southampton Business School offers expertise in Business Strategy, Transformation, Marketing, Data and Innovation management and are ready to work with industry. Innovate UK will cover up to 67% of project costs for SMEs. A graduate associate is embedded in the business, working closely with university researchers to ensure knowledge transfer in the area most relevant to the business requirement. This scheme is aimed at SMEs and companies with up to 500 employees, and unfortunately Public Sector organisations are not eligible.
