I am a biomedical engineer who is committed to use his skills towards developing novel medical devices mainly urological (esp. stents & catheters) with that aim of maximising patients impact.
I have been actively involved in the pathway of the product innovation from early stage research (both miniaturised Lab On a Chip & Full Scale models) – utilising fluid dynamics simulation and experimental methods – to prototyping, trials and commercialisation.
I have been through market assessment and stress testing the innovation with end-users and clinicians. I have been involved in fund raising, managing projects, and coordinating experts and collaborators (from multidisciplinary backgrounds) to achieve the objectives and goals of projects to reach pre-defined milestones against deadlines.
My contribution and expertise in the field are recognised through awards such as young innovator award from centre for biofilm engineering (Montana, USA) as well as endorsement from Royal Academy of Engineering where I was recognised as being an exceptional talent to enrich UK’s innovation, knowledge and economy.
