University of Southampton are delighted to open registration for ‘Get Hired: Summer Careers Fair 2025!’

With a wide range of talented, motivated and aspiring students looking for their future employer, attending one of their Careers Fairs is the ideal opportunity to engage with students and promote work experience opportunities, graduate roles and other job opportunities for the coming year.

The Fair is being hosted on our Highfield Campus on Wednesday 14 May, 11:00 – 15:00.

| Small Enterprise (<50 employees) | £100 + VAT |
| Medium Enterprise (50 – 250 employees) | £150 + VAT |
| Large Enterprise (250+ employees) | £200 + VAT |
The cost includes:
- A stand profile on our MyCareer portal. This includes a link to any current or upcoming opportunities you have uploaded to the portal. This is viewable by students for 12 months after the fair.
- Extensive print and digital marketing to all 25,000+ students.
- Free WiFi access.
- Dedicated team of UoS Careers staff and student ambassadors to offer support throughout the day.
- 1 refreshment voucher, per representative, up to a maximum of 2 per stand.
- 1 free parking space per booking (please note this will be situated on a nearby campus with an ANPR operated car park, a short walk to and from the fair venue).
- Equipment drop-off and pick up outside of the venue.
- A stand area of 1.5m width x 1.8m length.
- Electricity is available for a limited number of stands and is not guaranteed. This can be requested as part of the booking form.
