Keeping you safe

We are working hard to keep our visitors to Venturefest South safe, please ensure you have read and actioned the following: 

• Please do not attend the event if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19
• Please only attend this event if you have proof of a Covid passport (2 vaccinations) or a negative lateral flow test result no more than 48 hours before attending the event
• Face masks are optional and we will have some available on request
• Hand sanitisation points are available throughout the venue
• You are encouraged to check into the venue using your NHS Test and Trace upon arrival at the venue
• The venue team will clean throughout the day and have a Clean & Safe Policy which can be viewed here.
• Please respect each other and be responsible for your own actions
• A copy of our risk assessment is available to download here

If you do not feel comfortable attending this event, you are welcome to switch to a virtual ticket. Please email engage@venturefestsouth.co.uk if you would like to do so.

If you feel unwell during the event please report to a member of the Venturefest South Event Team.
