Lucy Taylor is the founder of Make Work Play where she helps purpose led organisations do hard things in a fun way for great results. She is a coach, facilitator, storyteller and strategist and she designs and holds playful spaces where teams unleash their individual and collective magic. In her recent TEDx, she sets out the case for why playful working is not frivolous but the key to your success and sustainability. Lucy works with organisations like LEGO, GLA, Moneyhub, Greenpeace, Ørsted and Unilever and has taught on MSc programmes at Ashridge Business School and the Metanoia Institute. She studied PPE at Oxford. When she’s not working you’ll likely find her swimming in the River Itchen.
